How do I place a purchase order?
You can place your order through our online store, adding the products in the shopping cart and following the steps indicated.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can make your purchases without an account. However, we recommend you to create an account to track your order, help you in following purchases and enjoy exclusive advantages and discounts.
Do you do international shipments?
No, we only do domestic shipments.
How long does an order take?
The delivery time is 3-5 working days approximate.
What is the cost of shipping?
We make shipments to the Peninsula without cost on orders over 250€. For the rest of the orders, the shipping cost is 5€.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes, you can pick up your order at no cost to our store on Calle Loreto, 9-11 in Barcelona. In this case, we will contact you to inform you of when you can pick it up.
What payment methods do you admit?
Our online store allows you to pay your order by credit card / debit card or PayPal.
If you want to make the payment by bank transfer, please contact us.
Can I return or change an order?
Yes, online purchases can be returned or exchanged at no cost until 15 days after reception. The refund or the change will be made once the product has arrived at our offices and we have verified that it is in perfect condition. If you make a change for another article, you will not be charged for the cost of the refund, but you will have to assume the cost of the new shipment. You can also make the change or return directly to our physical store, located at Calle Loreto, 9-11 of Barcelona by presenting the purchase ticket or the confirmation email.
Items bought in our physical stores cannot be returned through our website. These returns must be made in the same physical store where the item was purchased presenting the purchase ticket.
How can I make a return or change?
You have 15 days after receiving the order to contact us and request the change or return through our email or telephone. When we receive your request, we will contact the transport company to pick up the package.
You can also make the return or change by going directly to our store at Calle Loreto, 9-11 of Barcelona. In this case, you must present the purchase ticket or the confirmation email.
How will the refund be made?
Returning an order will result in a refund equal to the cost of the product returned. Partial return will lead to a partial refund.
The refund will be made under the same system used by the client to make the payment within 3 business days after receiving the returned product. The application of the refund in the client account or card depends on the card or issuer.
What happens if I receive a defective product?
In case you receive a defective product, you have 15 days to contact us and inform us so we can manage the change. In this case, a change will be made for the same model. You will only be charged the cost of the first shipment, we will assume the ports corresponding to the return and the new shipment.
Which articles can not be changed or return?
Customized pieces or arrangements cannot be changed or return.
