The way to react in that case will depen on the amount of water that has fallen on the garment.<\/p>\n<p>If we are talking about a fur garment and it has only got a little wet, we recommend <strong>shake the piece to remove superficial water and hang it in a well ventilated place until it dries. <\/strong>It is not recommended to use artificial fans, is more convenient let the garment dries bit by bit in a natural way.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\"><\/pre>\n<p>The real problem appears when the garment gets completely wet. In that case and depending on the leather and fur quality, <strong>water can severely damage the garment<\/strong>. For that reason, in that event,<strong> we recommend to bring it to your trusted furrier<\/strong> in order to review\u00a0 and analyze the state. Only professionals can give\u00a0 expert advice.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, it is important to remark that leather and fur garments are completely diferrent from those made of textile.
